Privacy Policy

Dressed / Daily ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Email address — used to create your account and send sign-in links. Nothing else.
• Photos of your clothing — uploaded by you to build your wardrobe. Stored securely in Supabase Storage.
• Wardrobe data — item names, colours, fabrics, and other details you add or that are detected by AI analysis. Stored in Supabase.
• Outfit history — dates and items from outfits you choose to log. Stored in Supabase.
• Usage data — number of outfit generations used, to manage free tier limits.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or any other personal information.
• We do not track your location beyond what is needed for weather detection (your coordinates are sent directly to open-meteo.com and never stored).
• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not show you advertising.

How we use your data

• Your email is used only for authentication (magic link sign-in).
• Your clothing photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic does not use API data for model training.
• Your wardrobe data is used only to generate outfit suggestions for you.

Third-party services

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access — you can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Deletion — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Portability — you can request your wardrobe data in a portable format.
• Correction — you can correct any inaccurate data directly in the app.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including photos, wardrobe items, and outfit history is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Security

Your data is stored using Supabase with Row Level Security — only you can access your own wardrobe data. Photos are stored in a private bucket accessible only via authenticated requests. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify users via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
